Where are the items shipping from?
All items are shipping from Siargao Island in the Philippines.

When will my order ship?
We ship out items every Thursday with cut-off every Wednesday afternoon at 10pm. If you order after that, your order will be part of the next dispatch on the next Thursday.

How long should I expect my order to arrive?
Please expect your items to be delivered within 5-7 business days.

What courier do you use?
We use LBC.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the Philippines.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it! Please send us an e-mail at lapiratastudio@gmail.com if you want to order from outside of the Philippines, so we can give you the exact shipping cost.

Do you regularly restock items?
We try our best to restock items on time but there have been some delays in production and shipment from Indonesia. Right now, we have limited stocks of each style.

Do you have stockists in Manila or in other cities in the Philippines?
We'll have stocks soon in some stores in Manila and in Siargao!

Can I just pick-up the items if I’m in Siargao?
Yes! You can reach out to us via our Contact page to schedule an appointment at our studio. 

What are your payment methods?
We accept PayPal and bank transfer via BPI and PNB.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Should there be any factory defects to your item, we'll gladly replace or refund them if you're able to ship them out within 7 days from receiving the item.
